Workshop Overview
Join our one-day practical workshop to explore the transformative potential of RSVP Design’s experiential learning tools and resources. This hands-on session will introduce innovative techniques for designing, delivering, and reviewing experiential learning activities. Our focus is on enhancing both individual and organizational learning capabilities through the structured processes of experiential learning.
Experiential learning, as defined by David Kolb’s experiential learning cycle (Experience → Reflect → Understand → Apply), is one of the most impactful approaches in adult education. Unfortunately, it is often misunderstood as simply involving practical, team-based tasks. At RSVP Design, we take a precise approach, using the experiential learning cycle to create meaningful and impactful learning experiences tailored to learners' needs.
This workshop shifts the role of the trainer from a knowledge transmitter to a learning facilitator. Participants will develop skills to foster independent, learner-centered growth, adapting content and processes to meet diverse learner needs.
